Buy the token item below to create a real order, then buy the discounted label against that order in Shopify admin.
Set this up first.
In Shopify admin, create a product priced at $0.05. Suggested title: Shipping label token. Turn off inventory tracking, mark it as a physical product, and set its status to Active.
