Refund Policy

Stock tape — 30 days

If you bought stock tape (WIN, WAR, FIGHT, plain white, or stock-color turf tape), you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To qualify, the tape needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Email tapeletics@gmail.com with your order number and we will send return instructions.

• Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return
• Original shipping is not refunded
• Return shipping is on you, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing

Custom printed orders — not returnable

Tape printed with your logo is made specifically for you and cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded once you approve the digital proof. This is why we send a proof first and will not print until you sign off on it.

Please check the proof carefully. Spelling, colors, and logo placement are all your call at that stage.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not match the proof you approved, that is on us. Email tapeletics@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will reprint or refund it.

Lost packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you do not have it, contact us and we will help you open a claim with the carrier.
